Welcome New Volunteer Doctor & PA Student!

We are very pleased to welcome two new wonderful team members to our team - Katie Harper, MD and Eva Parsa, PA-S.

Dr. Katie Harper is our newest Volunteer Doctor. She is as an Emergency Physician, with over 11 years of extensive expertise in both military and civilian healthcare environments. She is recently retired from the armed forces where she served as a Regimental Surgeon for the 3rd US Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard). Throughout her career she has been dedicated to advancing community health services and shaping future medical protocols. She says volunteering is "restorative to her soul." Welcome, Katie.
