Volunteer of the Month (July)- Dr. John Demakis

For the month of July we’re honored to recognize our Board Member, Dr. John Demakis, as VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH!  A long time supporter and Board Member, Dr. D brings his background as a Cardiologist, his work at the VA and support from his congregation at St. Katherine’s Greek Orthodox Church in the form of funding, in-kind donations, provider connections, volunteers and even an occasional batch of loukoumades (Greek donuts!). We love you Dr. D, and everything you do for our volunteers, patients and community as a whole!
